Sites decay quietly. Links rot, plugins fall behind, a form stops delivering mail and nobody notices for three months. Maintenance is mostly about catching those before they cost you a customer.
Why outdated software matters
Nearly every compromised site we have cleaned up was running an out-of-date plugin or CMS. Not a clever attack: an automated scanner finding a known hole that was patched months earlier. Keeping software current is the single most effective security measure available to a small business site, and it is the part most often neglected.

How quickly do you make changes?
Routine content edits are normally done within two business days. Anything urgent, like a site down or a broken checkout, is treated as critical and worked within four hours on any day.
Do I need a maintenance plan?
Not necessarily. If your site is static and rarely changes, hosting alone may be enough and you can pay hourly for occasional edits. If you run a CMS with plugins, or change content monthly, a plan usually costs less than the hourly alternative.
Can you maintain a site you did not build?
Usually yes. We will look at how it is built and tell you honestly whether it is maintainable as-is or whether you would spend less rebuilding it. Some page-builder sites are genuinely cheaper to replace than to keep patching.
What if my site gets hacked?
Tell us immediately. We take the site offline to stop the damage spreading, clean it, patch the hole that allowed it, and restore from a clean backup. If the compromise came through software you were responsible for updating, we quote the cleanup work.
