Digital Network Designs LLC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.

1. Standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines are the standard referenced by most accessibility law, including guidance under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

We describe this site as partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and we have not had it independently audited. We would rather say that plainly than claim full conformance we have not verified.

2. What we have done

• Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy.
• Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and background color combinations checked against the WCAG AA contrast ratio.
• Text alternatives for images that convey meaning; decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
• Form fields with properly associated labels.
• Layout that reflows to small screens and remains usable at 200% zoom.
• Animation kept minimal and suppressed for visitors whose systems request reduced motion.

3. Known limitations

• The site loads typefaces from a third-party font service. If that service is unavailable, text falls back to system fonts, which changes the appearance but not the readability.
• Links to client websites lead to sites we do not control and whose accessibility we cannot guarantee.

If you encounter something not listed here, please tell us. Real reports from real users are worth more than any checklist.

4. Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email info@digitalnetworkdesigns.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. Mentioning your browser and any assistive technology helps us reproduce it, but do not let a lack of technical detail stop you from writing.

We aim to respond within five (5) business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you what we are doing and offer another way to get the information you needed.

5. Accessibility on sites we build

Accessibility is part of how we build, not an add-on. Sites we design include semantic markup, keyboard operability, labelled forms, and contrast-checked color from the start.

Two honest caveats. First, we cannot control the accessibility of content clients add after launch — an image uploaded without alt text or a PDF that is a scan of a printed page will create barriers regardless of how the site is built. We will always advise on this. Second, sites built on third-party platforms inherit the accessibility of those platforms, and some are considerably better than others.

If your organization has a specific obligation — a public entity, a federal contractor, or an institution receiving federal funds — tell us at the start of a project. Requirements like Section 508 change what we build and should be part of the scope from day one rather than a retrofit.

6. Ongoing work

We review this site's accessibility when we make significant changes, and at least annually. This statement was last reviewed on the effective date above.
