About
A small shop that owns the whole stack.
Who we are
Digital Network Designs LLC builds websites and runs the servers they live on, for businesses and organizations in East Texas. The company started from the network side rather than the design side, which is why the infrastructure gets the same attention as the layout.
Why one shop
The usual arrangement splits design and hosting between two companies. It works until something goes wrong, at which point the designer says it is a server problem and the host says it is a code problem, and you are the one relaying messages between them. We removed that gap by being both.
Who we work with
Local businesses, professional practices, and nonprofits — organizations where the website has a specific job to do and a budget that has to be justified. We are a poor fit for venture-backed startups and a good fit for a salon that needs to show up when someone searches for a haircut.
How we work
Scope
Priced before it starts
You get a written scope and a fixed number before any work begins. If the project changes, we requote rather than surprise you at invoice time.
Ownership
You own it
Domain registered in your name, in your account. Site files yours on request. Nothing about our arrangement is designed to make leaving difficult.
Advice
Straight answers
If something you want will not help, we say so. If a big provider fits you better than we do, we say that too. Long client relationships are worth more than any single sale.
Where we work
We serve the East Texas region — Tyler, Longview, Sulphur Springs, Whitehouse, Bullard, Lindale, Mount Pleasant, Paris, Greenville, and the towns between them. Work is done remotely by default, which keeps costs down, but we can meet in person locally when a project calls for it. Hosting clients can be anywhere.
