How it works
We copy the site to our server and get it working there while your current host keeps serving live traffic. Once verified, we cut DNS over. If anything is wrong we point DNS back, and the old site is still sitting there untouched.
What we need
Access to your current hosting or a copy of the files and database, plus access to whoever controls your domain's DNS. If you are not sure who that is, we can usually work it out from public records.

How much does web hosting cost?
Hosting is quoted per site, billed monthly or annually with no long-term contract, and includes SSL, daily backups, DNS and monitoring at every level. Ask and we will give you a number.
Can you move my existing website to your servers?
Yes, and it is routine. We build the site on our server first while your current host keeps serving traffic, then switch DNS once it is verified working. Downtime is normally zero, and the old site stays in place as a fallback.
What happens if my site goes down?
Automated monitoring runs continuously and alerts us, so we often start work before anyone reports a problem. Our written service level commitment sets a 99.9% monthly uptime target with service credits if we miss it.
Do you take backups?
Daily, retained on a rolling schedule of at least thirty days, stored separately from the production server. Restoration is free for hosting clients and normally done within one business day.
Can I leave if I am not happy?
Yes. Hosting is cancellable at the end of any billing period, and we will hand over your site files, database and DNS records on request. We will not hold a domain or a website hostage over a disputed invoice.
